Purchases on this site are processed by the merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who handle payment, invoicing, VAT and order-related customer service. The contract of sale for bounceBuddy is concluded with Lemon Squeezy, LLC.
Online dispute resolution: the European Commission provides a platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. I am neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
The short version: bounceBuddy runs entirely on your Mac. Your Logic projects, stems and audio never leave your machine — scanning and bouncing happen locally, and the app has no account requirement to run.
This website is statically hosted and sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The hosting provider (IONOS SE, Germany) stores standard server access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for operational security.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. When you buy, your email, billing details and payment information are processed by Lemon Squeezy under their privacy policy. I receive your name, email address and order details — not your payment data.
License activation transmits your license key and an anonymous machine identifier to the license server (operated by Lemon Squeezy) to count activations. No project data, audio or usage analytics are transmitted.

License. One purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use bounceBuddy on up to 2 Macs that you own or control. The license never expires and includes updates within the 1.x version line.
Trial. The free trial runs for 14 days from first launch and may be used to evaluate bounceBuddy on your own sessions.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the software, or use one license across more machines than permitted.
Warranty & liability. bounceBuddy is provided "as is". I work hard to make it reliable — every bounce is verified — but I accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Statutory rights, and liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health, remain unaffected.
Governing law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Try before you buy — that's what the free trial is for. If you bought and bounceBuddy still doesn't work out for you, email support@bouncebuddy.app with your order number within 14 days of purchase and I'll arrange a full refund through Lemon Squeezy, no questions asked.
As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases, which is handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record. Note that this right lapses once you activate your license key and begin using the software, with your express consent at checkout — the goodwill refund above applies regardless.
